Radchem is committed to establishing, implementing and maintaining a quality management system which conforms to the purpose and context of the organisation, and supports its strategic direction. In order to facilitate this commitment Radchem has implemented a Quality Management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

The scope of Radchem Quality Management System is the Importing, Sourcing, Repacking and Supply of Laboratory Chemicals and Consumables. Top Management which includes the Managing Director, Sales & Admin Manager and Warehouse Manager are committed to establishing, implementing and maintaining a Quality Policy which conforms to the purpose and context of the organisation, and supports its strategic direction. It provides the framework for setting quality objectives, satisfying applicable requirements and supports the company’s commitment for continual improvements of the QMS.

The Quality Policy of Radchem is based on customer satisfaction. We strive for continuous improvement in our Quality Management System, to attain the objectives of our company which include: Supplying products and services that meet or exceed our customer's specific requirements; providing a service which results in customer satisfaction; continuous development of a dependable external provider base. We are committed to continuous improvement in quality, and the assessment of the Quality Management System to assure its suitability to meet the requirements of our company and the requirements of our customers.

The Quality Management System is regularly reviewed by Top Management for adequacy, and for its ability to meet established goals. Specifically:

• Increased customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of defect-free products and services and complaint-free performance;
• Development of a reliable supplier base, capable of defect-free product and service delivery to the company ;
• Increased employee proficiency and job satisfaction through awareness and training;
• Maximisation of company profits through elimination of quality problems and related costs ;
• Consistent and ongoing regulatory compliance ;
• Continual improvement with regards to the above-stated goals .
